Mithya draws inspiration from the British television series Cheat, centering around the tumultuous relationship between Rhea, a student, and Juhi, her Hindi Literature professor. After being accused of plagiarism by Juhi, Rhea embarks on a vindictive quest for revenge, leading to a thrilling cat-and-mouse game filled with intrigue and tension.
