Chef Karam Dogra and his team have meticulously crafted a buffet honoring North Indian culinary traditions. The menu features iconic dishes such as Makki di Roti and Sarson da Saag, complemented by an assortment of jaggery-based treats including Punjabi Pinni, Gajak, and Rewari—perfectly encapsulating the soulful spirit of Lohri. The dinner runs from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, offering an evening of flavours, warmth, and togetherness.
Carrying forward the festive spirit, the Makar Sankranti Brunch on 14th January, 2026, celebrates harvest traditions from across India. From Puliyodharai and Undhiyu to Sesame-Flavoured Vegetable Curry with Rajgira Poori and Bhogichi Bhaji, the menu reflects a colourful culinary journey. Sweet indulgences such as Puran Poli, Sakkarai Sadam, and Nolen Gurer Payesh complete the spread. The ambience, enriched by bright kite-themed décor, handcrafted kites, vibrant streamers, and live folk music, evokes the joy and energy of Sankranti.
