On Tuesday, Dharma Productions commemorated the 14th anniversary of their poignant comedy-drama, We Are Family, by releasing a nostalgic poster featuring Kajol, Kareena Kapoor, and Arjun Rampal. The production house shared the poster on Instagram, captioning it, “#14YearsOfWeAreFamily, your favourite ‘hamesha & forever’.”
The film, directed by Siddharth P. Malhotra, debuted in theaters on September 3, 2010. It tells the story of Maya (Kajol), who is raising her three children alone after separating from her husband Aman (Arjun Rampal). The plot takes a dramatic turn when Maya is diagnosed with cancer, leading Aman, who is now with his girlfriend Shreya (Kareena Kapoor), to return to support his former family during this crisis.

Looking ahead, Kajol is set to showcase a new action-oriented side in the upcoming film Maharagni, where she will be seen alongside Naseeruddin Shah, Prabhudeva, and Jisshu Sengupta. Additionally, Kajol will star in Sarzameen, a thriller directed by Kayoze Irani, opposite Prithviraj Sukumaran, and will appear in Netflix’s Do Patti, a mystery thriller featuring Kriti Sanon.
Kareena Kapoor Khan was last featured in Rajesh Krishnan’s women-centric heist comedy Crew, sharing the screen with Kriti Sanon and Tabu. Kareena is set to appear next in Hansal Mehta’s The Buckingham Murders, hitting theaters on September 13.
