Ajay Devgn is back as the fearless and sharp-witted Revenue Officer Amay Patnaik in the much-anticipated sequel Raid 2, and the newly dropped trailer promises nothing short of fireworks. It opens with Amay Patnaik knocking at the doorstep of Dada Bhai’s grand residence—an unmistakable symbol of his ill-gotten wealth and influence. When warned by the local goons about meddling with Dada Bhai, Amay coolly reveals the strong backing of his dedicated team of Income Tax officials. What follows is a series of adrenaline-charged moments as the team embarks on a relentless mission to uncover the politician’s hidden assets and expose the layers of corruption.

But Dada Bhai isn’t a man who backs down easily. With a steely resolve and an imposing political presence, Riteish Deshmukh brings a chilling charm to the antagonist. The heat intensifies when Amay delivers a thunderous dialogue over a phone call: “Who said I am a Pandav? I am the whole Mahabharata.” The line not only sets the tone for the battle ahead but also highlights the moral intensity of the film—an honest man versus a system run by shadows.
Joining Devgn in this gripping sequel is Vaani Kapoor, who plays his love interest, adding a romantic dimension to the otherwise gritty drama. Saurabh Shukla reprises his role as the corrupt Rameshwar Rajaji Singh, ensuring continuity and a deeper connection with the original narrative.
