Positioned on the 2nd floor of Cyber-hub, led by the same team that handles the Caribbean Lounge chain, Raasta, Yeti-The Himalayan Kitchen opened its doors for cuisine lovers at length.

The word “Yeti” symbolize and indicates a strong as well as strange creature of the Himalayan belt. This modern and smart eating house is all set to transform the world’s interpretation. It offers authentic, original, homely Himalayan cuisine embellishing all the way to Meghalaya.

The skillfully and magically curated menu by the culinary team of Yeti is sure to raise one’s gastronomical journey.
Yeti, The Himalayan kitchen started its journey at Hauz Khas Village. It created a niche for itself across lovers of speciality cuisine. Yeti, is now being managed by the same team that manages the popular Caribbean lounge of the capital, Raasta.

For the uninitiated, Yeti – the Himalayan Kitchen is a national brand founded by the cool duo Joy Singh and Rahul Kundan, with the experience of operating a successful pub chain they decided to venture into a food centric chain in collaboration with Yeti.
Yeti has been growing in Delhi, Bombay & Kolkata for sometime now.

Both the outlets are spread across 1800 sq ft. Yeti is a 48-seater and is beautifully done up with wooden furniture, Tibetan prayer flags and wheels, bricked walls and warm light.
You must savour delicious and authentic Himalayan or Tibetan cuisine by ordering traditional Tibetan Thukpa or Eastern-Tibet style hand noodle soup Thenthuk which goes perfect with the chilled outside. Some of the flavoured signatures on the menu include Yeti Kothe Special Momo, Newari Momo Cha, Shabalay (a Tibetan meat-filled deep-fried pie), Wai Wai Sadeko (dry wai wai noodles tossed with Onions, tomatoes, green chillies and a dash of lemon) to name a few.

You can sample some of the finest mock-tails for winters like ‘Sambucus’ and Himalayan Highball, palmyra, La fraise to mark a blissful ending. All the mock-tails are excellently curated and will make you feel like hitting the place again and again. The moreish taste of the Himalayan Food will make you fall in love with the place.
