Ingredients: All-Purpose Flour – 1/2 cup, Whole Wheat Flour – 1 cup, Salt – 1/4 teaspoon, Baking powder – 1/2 tablespoon, Butter – 3 tablespoons, Sugar – 3 tablespoons, Milk – 250 ml or more
For Serving: Ice-cream (optional), Chocolate syrup, Fruits of your choice
Preparation: In a mixing bowl. Add in all-purpose flour, wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and mix well. Add milk and mix well. The batter should be thick so adjust by adding more milk if needed. Add in melted butter and mix well. Heat your waffle maker. Brush it with some oil. Pour the batter into the waffle tray and Cook it according to the maker. Wait till the second light turns on. Keep a check. Place the waffles on a serving plate. Put a scoop of ice cream of your choice on the waffle and generously pour the chocolate syrup and top it with fruits to your choice.
