Actress Tamannaah Bhatia has headlined Madhur Bhandarkar’s upcoming
film Babli Bouncer. Star Studio and Junglee Pictures have announced that the film
is all set to stream on September 23 exclusively on Disney+Hotstar. The film
breaks the stereotypes featuring Tamannaah as a security bouncer.
Tamannaah has revealed her first look along with the release date on her
Instagram page. She captioned it: “Oye bawale suna kya? Aa gaya hai Babli
Bouncer ka time! Dilon ko yeh jodegi, ya khub hadiyaan todegi? Pata chalega jald
hi! Here’s the first look of #BabliBouncer, streaming from Sept 23 only on DisneyPlusHotstarMultiplex”.
In the first picture, Tamannaah is wearing a blue denim jacket. She paired it up
with black pants. In the second one, clad in a black outfit, she reveals her bouncer
avatar keeping her hand crisscrossed. Her followers praise her new look. Some of
them have mentioned: “Looking great tammu,” “Killing looks,” “Wow Amazing,
“wow eagerly waiting to see our Babli..all the best, my cutie …luv u lot’s.”
The makers of the film shared, “The coming-of-age feel good story with a slice-of-life
comedic tone set in the real ‘bouncer town’ of North India – Asola Fatehpur will
see Tamannaah Bhatia in a never seen before avatar, as Babli Bouncer.”
Produced by Star Studios and Junglee Pictures, Babli Bouncer is directed by
Madhur Bhandarkar and stars Tamannaah Bhatia, in the lead along with Saurabh
Shukla, Abhishek Bajaj and Sahil Vaid in pivotal roles. The film will release on
Disney+ Hotstar in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
Apart from Babli Bouncer, Tamannaah has wrapped up her film Bole Chudiyan,
Plan A Plan B, Bhola Shankar, and Gurthunda Seethakalam.
