There’s a quiet sophistication to South Indian cuisine when it is viewed beyond the familiar- a world of layered spices, regional nuance, heritage ingredients, and deeply rooted culinary storytelling. This April, Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway offers diners a chance to experience that world through a more contemporary and elevated lens as it hosts HOSA, the acclaimed Goa-based restaurant from EHV International, for an exclusive three-day culinary showcase at The Persian Terrace.
Set against the elegant rooftop backdrop of one of Bengaluru’s most stylish dining destinations, this limited-time collaboration promises a dining experience where innovation meets tradition, and South India’s diverse culinary identity is reinterpreted with finesse.

Taking place from April 10 to 12, 2026, the showcase introduces guests to HOSA’s distinctive approach to regional cuisine; one that celebrates the soul of Southern India while presenting it in a format that feels modern, refined, and globally relevant. True to its name, which means “new” in Kannada, HOSA offers a fresh perspective on familiar flavours, drawing from seasonal produce, cultural memory, and nuanced culinary craftsmanship.
The specially curated menu has been designed by Chef Harish Rao, Brand Chef of HOSA, and features a thoughtful selection of dishes that highlight the restaurant’s signature style. Diners can begin their journey with creations such as Chettinad Lamb Chops, Shimeji Mushroom Varuval, and Coconut Milk Rasam, accompanied by a delicate coconut panna cotta to start.
The mains continue the exploration with standout plates like the comforting Madurai Lamb Shank and the beautifully executed Aubergine Steak, each reflecting the depth, warmth, and complexity of South Indian flavours. For dessert, the menu turns to nostalgic regional notes, incorporating ingredients such as curry leaf, coconut, and jaggery to create a sweet finish that feels both inventive and rooted in tradition.
Adding yet another layer to the experience is Varun Sharma, Head of Bars at EHV International, whose beverage philosophy complements HOSA’s culinary language with carefully crafted drinks designed to enhance the meal. With nearly two decades of experience across celebrated hospitality brands including Indian Accent, Comorin, HOSA, Fireback, and Drift, Sharma brings a dynamic beverage program that pairs bold flavour profiles with elegance and balance.
Combined with the panoramic city views and sophisticated ambience of The Persian Terrace, the collaboration promises to be more than just a pop-up — it’s an immersive dining moment that celebrates the evolving language of Indian cuisine.
For those looking to discover South Indian food through a more contemporary, design-forward lens, this exclusive showcase offers one of Bengaluru’s most compelling culinary experiences of the season.
