Beloved actor Rashmika Mandanna has revealed to her fans that she recently suffered a minor accident, which led to her temporary absence from social media. On Monday, Rashmika took to Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) to update her fans about her health and assure them that she is on the road to recovery.
Rashmika, known for her charm and down-to-earth personality, posted a picture of herself wearing spectacles, holding her head, and making a goofy face. In her caption, she addressed her fans with warmth and humor: “Hey guys. How’ve you been? Know it’s been a whileeeee since I came on here or was even seen in the public.”
She went on to explain the reason behind her social media silence, saying, “The reason I haven’t been very active in the last month is because I had a little accident, (a minor one), and I was recovering and was staying at home as I was told to by the doctors.” Despite her brief hiatus, the actor assured her fans that she is feeling much better now. “I am better now and just for heads up—I am in the phase of being super active so all the best dealing with my activities,” she added playfully.
Rashmika, in her post, also took the opportunity to urge her fans to take their health seriously, writing, “Make it a priority to take care of yourself—always!! Because life is super fragile and short and we don’t know if we will have a tomorrow, so choose happiness every day.” The actor’s positive message resonated deeply with her followers, reminding them to focus on self-care and well-being.
In typical Rashmika style, she ended the post on a humorous note, revealing that she had been indulging in some delicious treats during her recovery. “Ps: another update—I’ve been eating a lotttttttsssss of laddoos,” she joked, complete with laughing and monkey emojis.
