The popular Prime Video series, a spy thriller created by Amazon MGM Studios and AGBO, has captured global attention, and Chopra is set to reprise her role as elite spy agent Nadia Sinh.
In the video shared on her Instagram, Chopra is seen indulging in a skincare routine while her team works on styling her hair. As the transformation continues, a makeup artist adds fake blood to her hands and face, indicating the intense action sequences that lie ahead. The footage also reveals a bustling set, seemingly located within an opulent English manor, where crew members prepare for the day’s shoot.
Currently filming in London, Chopra is joined by co-star Richard Madden, who plays Mason Kane, a fellow top-level agent and Nadia’s love interest in the series. Citadel revolves around the conflict between the titular global spy agency and its adversary, the sinister Manticore syndicate.
Season 2 promises to be just as action-packed as the first, with a star-studded ensemble that includes Rahul Kohli, Michael Trucco, Merle Dandridge, Stanley Tucci, Matt Berry, Gabriel Leone, and Lesley Manville.
