‘The wait is over’. The makers have revealed much anticipated trailers of Liger.
Vijay Deverakonda’s power pack performance in this trailer makes
everyone stuck. Entire team has been using the tagline ‘saala crossbreed’ as a part of the promotions in Mumbai. Helmed by Puri Jagannadh, the movie introduces Vijay as a kickboxer while Ananya Pandey shows her love interest to Vijay.
The trailer depicts Vijay Deverakonda as the ‘cross breed’ Liger. He is a chai wala from Mumbai who wants to represent India at an MMA championship. Ramya Krishnan, who portrays the role of his mother in this film. In one point she says, “My son is born to a lion and a tiger — he is a crossbreed.”
End part of the trailer, we see a glimpse of American boxer Mike Tyson who making a cameo and flaunt his cowboy look in this film. When Liger warns him, Mike gladly says, “If you are a fighter, what am I?”
Liger marks the first association between Vijay Deverakonda and Puri Jagannadh. The actor took to his social media and shared the trailer. And in caption he wrote, “India, we give you blood, sweat, madness. We give you mass action entertainment. we give you the LIGER Trailer! ATTACK!

In this post Vijay Deverakonda can be seen in his action
look. Holding a long wooden stick, he is showing muscle power. This post
showcases Vijay’s readiness to fight against two men who attack him, creating a
mass gathering in the background. Ranveer Singh, Prabhas, and
Dulquer Salman have expanded their support by adding Liger’s poster to their
Instagram stories. However, Vijay has shared a big thank you note on his Instagram
stories. His fans are also crazy about this fierce post. Some of them have
mentioned: “Kadk Trailer,” “U are the fire,” and “This is just insane…mad
performance from you sir very intense.”
Helmed by Puri Jagannadh, Liger will be premiered on the 25th of August, 2022.
