While details remain largely under wraps, the first venture is reportedly a young adult campus story, designed to resonate with audiences both on the big screen and OTT platforms. The collaboration between Alia and Shujaat is said to be driven by shared ambition and a commitment to delivering projects with scale and impact. As per Mid-Day, the collaboration targets both large-scale films and OTT offerings. Production will be managed by Shujaat’s company, with Alia’s team steering the creative side. The YA story is set to go on floors in the near future.

On the acting front, Alia is currently filming for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, which also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
