Just yesterday, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar expressed gratitude to everyone for all the concern shown towards his mother Aruna Bhatia, who has been critically ill. On Wednesday morning, Akshay announced his mother breathed her last and the actor showed his grief and pain with a heartwarming post.
Akshay took to his social media handle and penned, “She was my core. And today I feel an unbearable pain at the very core of my existence. My maa Smt Aruna Bhatia peacefully left this world today morning and got reunited with my dad in the other world. I respect your prayers as I and my family go through this period. Om Shanti.”

With this note, Akshay revealed that his mother as his core. He mentioned that now his parents will reunite in heaven. He also thanked everyone for their prayers. The superstar was very close to his mother.
Aruna Bhatia had been sick for some time now. She was admitted to Mumbai’s Hiranandani hospital a few days ago.
The actor returned to Mumbai from London on Monday. On the work front, the actor had started prepping for Cinderella which is an official remake of the Telugu movie Rakshasudu. Helmed by Ranjit M Tewari, and the film will be bankrolled by Vashu Bhagnani, produced by Vashu Bhagnani, and directed by Ranjit M Tewari.
Apart from Cinderella, Akshay Kumar has Raksha Bandhan, Ram Setu, Bachchan Pandey in his pipeline.
