Ranbir Kapoor is on a roll. With his ambitious epic Ramayana ready to unfold in two parts on Diwali 2026 and 2027, fans have been eager to know what’s next for the superstar. According to Filmfare, Ranbir has completed shooting for Ramayana and is currently enjoying a short holiday in London with Alia Bhatt before he returns to set.
An industry insider revealed to Filmfare, “Ranbir Kapoor wanted a quick family break before he joins Sanjay Leela Bhansali for Love & War. The upcoming schedule is going to be one of the film’s most intriguing segments.”
Speculation began when photos and videos of Ranbir and Alia in London started surfacing online, sparking rumours that the actors had wrapped their current commitments. It’s now confirmed that Ranbir will head straight to Love & War after his vacation, reuniting with Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal for Bhansali’s much-anticipated project.
Meanwhile, the makers of Ramayana, including Namit Malhotra and Nitesh Tiwari, have unveiled the first glimpse of Ramayana: Part 1, calling it a long-cherished dream.
With Ranbir leading this monumental retelling alongside Yash, and an exciting Love & War schedule ahead, the actor’s slate looks nothing short of spectacular, promising audiences grand cinematic experiences in the years to come.
