Try Cireng Fritters from Sudirman Street in Bandung, West Java, – tapioca flour and sago coated zucchini & sweet potato fritters, tossed in a fiery sambal sauce, with crushed peanuts, toasted sesame and beet microgreens.
Order yourself a portion of Balinese Chicken traditional dish made with hand-pounded spice marinated chicken, glazed with chilli and garlic kecap manis and served with roasted cashew nuts and tamarind sauce from Jalan Alor Food Street in bustling Kuala Lumpur.
Taste the delicious Thai Boat Noodles – vegetarian noodles served with chili vinegar, chili bean tofu, crispy onion, spinach, cilantro, oyster and lemongrass broth, inspired by the floating stalls on the Mekong River in Thailand.
