From July 4th to 13th, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, The Hebbal Café, will transform into a haven for kebab and biryani lovers with its specially curated Kebab & Biryani Food Festival.
Thoughtfully crafted by Executive Chef Rajeev and his culinary team, the ten-day festival promises a celebration of India’s rich gastronomic heritage, using traditional cooking methods in clay and copper vessels to bring alive the authentic flavours of each dish.
Guests can dive into an enticing lineup of kebabs, from the tender Dungaree Gola Kebab and the perfectly charred Dakshini Paneer Tikka to the melt-in-the-mouth Motiya Shammi Kebab. Biryani lovers will be spoiled with indulgent options such as the slow-cooked Kacchi Gosht Dum Biryani, Bengaluru’s favourite Chicken Donne Biryani, and the royal Awadhi Mutton Biryani.
To conclude the festival, a special themed Sunday brunch on July 13th will feature a lavish spread of kebabs and biryanis alongside unlimited mocktails, soft beverages, and live music, ensuring a relaxed, indulgent weekend for families and food enthusiasts alike.
