Crafted by Executive Chef Rajeev and his expert culinary team, the festival’s menu brings together a selection of iconic coastal dishes. Guests can enjoy the crispy and spicy Kane Rava Fry, the tangy and fragrant Prawn Gassi, the zesty Bangude Pulimunchi, and the flavorful Mangalorean Chicken Sukkha. Each dish is a testament to the region’s culinary traditions, featuring fresh, local ingredients and a thoughtful mix of spices.
To complement these delectable dishes, The Hebbal Café has created a range of bespoke Mocktails. Each drink is carefully designed by the in-house bartender to enhance the flavors of the coastal cuisine.
Additionally, the festival will feature a vibrant themed Sunday Brunch, offering guests a chance to explore a wide array of coastal flavors in a lively and festive atmosphere.
