Gulshan Kumar Film and Television Institute of India recently organised an orientation program for the new batch of Gulshan Kumar Journalism and Mass communication Institute of India and GKFTII- School of Fashion & Design at Laxmi Studio, Film City, Noida. The event was graced with famous personalities like Bollywood Actors Satish Kaushik and Himansh Kohli along with BJP spokesperson, Sambit Patra.
On this occasion Veteran actor Satish Kaushik shares, “My main aim to come here is to encourage students and tell them that to excel in any passion be acting, direction, cinematography, production, etc, technical training is a must. GKFTII will help students to get expertise in whichever field they want to go to.”
“I myself learned a lot under T- Series banner. They really appreciate talent as I had none in the film industry but T-series gave me a chance to shine. GKFTII students will get a chance to work under a big label. T-series is not only India’s largest Music company but also a successful Film Production house who are producing a minimum of 30 movies every year’’, added Himansh Kohli.
Mrs.Sudesh Kumari, Wife of late Gulshan Kumar told the media about their courses and vision of the institute. She shares,” We have introduced the new courses for journalism, mass communication and fashion this year. We have some of the best media and fashion industry persons to guide the students so that we can polish the fresh talent from all over the country.’’
