The global technology brand OnePlus today released the eagerly awaited documentary New Beginnings, exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. In June 2020, OnePlus announced the expansion of its smartphone portfolio with a new, more affordable product line: OnePlus Nord.
The film highlights the journey of bringing a new smartphone to life, giving audiences an unfiltered and a vivid look at the development of a new, more affordable product line, OnePlus Nord, from concept to launch. Starting today, the documentary will be available on Amazon Prime Video for Prime members in India and beyond.
“Today, people want the truth. They want to know how the sausage is made – to go behind the scenes and be closer than ever before,” said Carl Pei, Co-Founder of OnePlus.

Filmed in 4 countries over a period of 6 months, the documentary follows the OnePlus Nord project team as they strategize, navigate design obstacles, and adapt to the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.
