Fans of the popular singing reality show Indian Idol Season 15 will have to wait a little longer for the grand finale, as the much-anticipated event has been postponed by a week. The announcement was made by host Aditya Narayan in a teaser shared by Sony Entertainment Television on Saturday, leaving audiences both surprised and excited.
The two-minute clip opens with Aditya stepping onto the stage, only to discover that the top six finalists—Chaitanya Devadhe, Sneha Shankar, Subhajit Chakraborty, Priyangshu Dutta, Manasi Ghosh, and Anirudh Suswaram—are nowhere to be seen. Adding to the intrigue, even the music band members were nowhere to be seen. As the perplexed judges—Shreya Ghoshal, Vishal Dadlani, and Badshah—wonder about the contestants’ whereabouts, Bollywood actress Neelam Kothari and celebrated singer Sukhwinder Singh make a grand entrance with the finalists in tow.

“The finale cannot take place,” Neelam dramatically tells the judges. To which Sukhwinder Singh adds, “Let us celebrate music.
