36 Lebzelter never fails to impress the foodies with different kinds of desserts. It started their journey in 2016 and have since established themselves as leading bakery and café with all love and support from the loyal guests in Mayur Vihar, New Delhi and now their second outlet in Noida Sector 104 has opened its doors for our guests from 2019. Lebzelter is a community from Germany who was very famous for their bakery and café’s even when the bakery business was not the commercialized one.
Under Hitler’s rule, the community went underground and after Hitler died the opened the 1st bakery in the world.
36 Lebzelter Cafe is best known for its fusion foods and variety in bakery items.
The Cafe has got a lot of compliments for the cakes and hence planned a FREE ICING WORKSHOP. The workshop is instructed by Chef Kamal, the pastry chef of 36 Lebzelter.
The workshop enlightens the students about how to whip the cream, make a ganache, to cut the cake, fill the cake and ice the cake. Chef also shares his special tips and tricks with the students.
The workshop is on the 17th of September and we’re sure this one too is going to be a hit just like the first workshop!
