Fans have been eagerly waiting for the much-awaited mega pan-India film Pushpa featuring Allu Arjun in the lead. On August 2, Monday, the actor took to his Twitter account and announced that the first single from the movie will be released on August 13.
This news came out on the occasion of composer Devi Sri Prasad’s birthday. Allu Arjun took this opportunity to wish him a happy birthday and also surprise fans with his amazing news.
He wrote, “Happy birthday my dear friend @ThisIsDSP. Can’t wait for the world to witness the fantastic album you have composed for #Pushpa, and fall in love with you and your music yet again. Keep entertaining us with your magic.”

What makes the first track from the movie special is that it will be sung in 5 different languages by five legendary singers from the Indian film industry. Composed by Devi Sri Prasad, singer Vishal Dadlani, Vijay Prakash, Rahul Nambiar, Shivam, and Benny Dayal will be lending their voice for the single. According to an inside source, the movie is close to completion and is expected to wrap the shoot by October.
Rashmika Mandanna will be playing the leading lady opposite Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil will be stepping into the Antagonist’s shoes.
Along with them, we will also get to see Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj, Dhananjay, Sunil, Harish Uthaman, Vennela Kishore, and Anasuya Bharadwaj in pivotal roles.
Pushpa will mark Allu Arjun’s first pan-India movie that will be released in 5 different languages including Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada. The movie has been made in two parts and the first part is expected to release later this year while the second part will hit the screens in 2022.
