Kartik Aaryan is back to the grind. After spending the past few days in London soaking in concerts, long walks, and a much-needed breather, the actor has returned to Mumbai with a packed schedule waiting for him.
On Sunday, Kartik shared glimpses from his travel back to India through a series of candid pictures on Instagram. The photos, tagged from Hyde Park in Westminster, included snapshots from his flight, a heavy luggage stack, a hearty breakfast, and a quiet moment in the car. In his caption, he summed it up simply: “Chutti khatam kaam shuru, 48hrs shoot Marathon begins.”

The actor didn’t reveal the project’s title, but the back-to-back schedule points towards an intense phase of filming.
Before heading back, Kartik made the most of his London trip. One highlight was checking off a personal bucket list wish—attending a Coldplay concert. A video he shared captured him swaying joyfully to “A Sky Full of Stars,” completely absorbed in the energy of the crowd and the music. He also spent quieter moments wandering through golden grass fields on the city’s outskirts, posting a short clip with the caption “Recharge mode on.”
Professionally, the actor is gearing up for some big releases. Kartik will soon share the screen once again with Ananya Panday in the romantic drama Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, reuniting the duo after their earlier collaboration in Pati Patni Aur Woh (2019). The film is eyeing a February 13 release next year, just in time for Valentine’s season.
Beyond that, Kartik has another highly anticipated collaboration with Anurag Basu, an untitled project set for a Diwali 2025 release.
For now, though, his focus is firmly on surviving the 48-hour shooting marathon in Mumbai—a test of both stamina and spirit after a refreshing break abroad.
