Guests can indulge in a specially crafted menu showcasing African-inspired delicacies and signature grilled creations prepared to capture the bold and diverse flavours associated with African cuisine.
The specially curated menu features an exciting variety of standout dishes including BBQ African Cinnamon Fruits, Shakalaka Veg Bullets, Woka Woka Grilled Sweet Potato, Caribbean Drum Steak, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, and the flavour-packed Kuku Paka, along with several other specially prepared dishes designed to offer a memorable dining journey.
