Recently, Kiara also spoke openly about her experience with motherhood and postpartum challenges during a conversation with Raj Shamani. The actress reflected on how motherhood brought a major emotional and personal transformation in her life.
She shared that postpartum experiences are not discussed enough and described motherhood as a complete identity shift. Kiara explained that over the last six months, she has consciously learned to be kinder to herself, set healthier boundaries and avoid being overly critical. She also revealed that becoming a mother helped her focus more on self-care and emotional well-being after years of prioritising others.
The actress added that the journey taught her not to focus on fear and to nurture a healthier relationship with herself while adapting to her new role as a parent.
