Netflix’s International Emmy Award-winning series Delhi Crime is back, and this time, the stakes are higher than ever. The gripping police procedural returns for its third season with Shefali Shah reprising her celebrated role as DCP Vartika Chaturvedi — fondly known as Madam Sir — as she faces her most daunting case yet.
The newly released trailer for Delhi Crime Season 3 teases a chilling narrative that moves beyond the capital, expanding into a network of crime that stretches across India. At the heart of the chaos stands Vartika Chaturvedi, leading her trusted squad — including familiar faces Rasika Dugal, Rajesh Tailang, and Adil Hussain — as they uncover disturbing truths buried beneath layers of power, corruption, and silence. The plot takes a darker turn with the introduction of Huma Qureshi as Badi Didi, a ruthless and enigmatic antagonist who orchestrates the trafficking network from the shadows.

Directed by Tanuj Chopra, Delhi Crime Season 3 stays true to its roots of realism and empathy. Like its predecessors — with Season 1 inspired by the Nirbhaya case and Season 2 exploring the menace of the Kachha Baniyan gang — the third chapter draws from multiple real-life events tied to human trafficking, offering a deeply unsettling yet compelling narrative.
