TISA had a grand offering, as it presented multiple in-trend clothing options for men, with the Summer/Resort 2020 collection called “Arthya” at Lakmé Fashion Week. Revaluating the relationship with its customers, the collection was inspired by the present time. Focusing on how it is little things like sitting down on a summer afternoon and appreciating things, that made the range come alive on the ramp in a treasure trove of designs.
Blending minimalism with nature, textures, layers, symmetry and tonality, while retaining its balance, each design was a mix of intense detailing. Showcasing multiple in-trend options, the line was an excellent amalgamation of occasion wear for men.
Making a dashing and dapper entry on the ramp was Bollywood’s powerhouse of talent, Amit Sadh, who looked confident in a stylishly designed ivory, cotton hand embroidered sherwani with floral motifs.
Allowing each individual to make his own style statement, were a range of bundgalas, Angarkhas, symmetric, as well as asymmetric kurtas and Nehru jackets. Revolutionizing, how intelligently the ensembles had merged ambiguous textures. Keeping embellishments to a minimal, salis and sequins were used to create floral motifs, ensuring that each entry was an eye-catcher on the runway.
With layering being the highlight of each ensemble, linear motifs, structural designs along with embellishments of sequins and zardosi, were definite trendsetters. Letting the garments speak for themselves, muted hues of ivory, stone beige and dusky pink were used as they further transitioned to deeper tones of navy blue and black.
For a classic men’s wear ethnic wardrobe addition for the coming season, the TISA’s “Arthya” collection had the perfect balanced look.
