Global pop star Enrique Iglesias is set to return to Mumbai after almost 20 years, sending a wave of excitement among his Indian fans. The Hero hitmaker will perform live at the MMRDA Grounds, Bandra Kurla Complex, on October 29 and 30, marking his third visit to India.
A number of Bollywood celebrities are expected to attend the concert, including Kiara Advani, Ananya Panday, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Malaika Arora, Shraddha Kapoor, Arbaaz Khan, and Rasha Thadani.
According to reports, Iglesias is also planning to meet Shah Rukh Khan and his family—Gauri, Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam Khan—during his Mumbai stay. A source quoted by Zoom said, “It has become common for international artists to meet Bollywood stars when they visit India. There’s even a chance of a surprise on-stage cameo during one of the shows.”
The singer will be treated to a lavish spread of Indian dishes, including butter chicken, aloo paratha, rich curries, rajma, and vada pav. As per India Today, a leading catering team is planning to collaborate with a celebrity chef to curate the menu, ensuring Iglesias experiences Mumbai’s finest flavours.
Beyond his performances, the artist is expected to explore some of the city’s cultural and spiritual landmarks, including Colaba Causeway, the Gandhi Museum, and the Siddhivinayak Temple.
Iglesias’ two-night concert is one of Mumbai’s most anticipated international music events of the year, blending global pop with a taste of Bollywood glamour and Indian hospitality.
