After the phenomenal success of Amar Singh Chamkila, Netflix is set to collaborate once again with filmmaker Imtiaz Ali for O Saathi Re, a series that promises a heartfelt and contemporary take on love and human emotions. Produced by Window Seat Films and Reliance Entertainment, the series boasts a stellar cast featuring Aditi Rao Hydari, Avinash Tiwary, and Arjun Rampal, each bringing their own depth and nuance to this intricate love story.
Imtiaz Ali, known for his evocative storytelling in films such as Tamasha, Rockstar, Jab We Met, and Love Aaj Kal, takes on multiple roles for this project, serving as the Creator, Writer, and Showrunner. Additionally, he will also be the Executive Producer alongside Mohit Choudhary. The series will be directed by Arif Ali, who previously helmed Netflix’s She.

The return of its lead actors to Netflix adds further excitement to the project. Aditi Rao Hydari, fresh off the success of Heeramandi, Avinash Tiwary following his gripping performance in Sikandar Ka Muqaddar, and Arjun Rampal, gearing up for Rana Naidu Season 2, promise an engaging onscreen dynamic. The chemistry between the trio was already palpable during an initial table read, heightening anticipation for the upcoming series.
