A new biopic inspired by the life of a well-known startup figure is reportedly in the works, and it’s already drawing attention for its potential casting. According to reports, Shraddha Kapoor is being considered to play Madhuri Jain Grover in a film based on the journey of Ashneer Grover. The project may also feature Aamir Khan in the lead role.
The film is said to be directed by Rahul Mody, who has been working on the script for the past few years. Interestingly, Shraddha Kapoor has reportedly been attached to the project from its early stages and was always the preferred choice for the female lead. Sources suggest she has been closely following the script’s development as it evolved.
The storyline is expected to focus on Ashneer Grover’s rise as a businessman and the controversies that followed his exit from BharatPe in 2022. During that period, allegations of financial irregularities surfaced, involving both him and his family. Madhuri Jain Grover, who held a key position in the company, was also removed around the same time, making her role significant in the narrative.
The project gained further momentum after reports suggested that Aamir Khan showed strong interest in the script. Given Ashneer Grover’s popularity among younger audiences and his public persona, the story is expected to resonate widely if it moves forward.
