Amidst the crowd of Hollywood superheroes, Hrithik Roshan made us all proud with our very own superhero- Krrish. The first installment in the superhero franchise was released back in 2006, which makes it safe for us to state that a major chunk of the Gen Z generation grew up idolizing Krrish, the celebrated Indian superhero.
Hrithik dropped off a small gift for his fans, he took to his social media to mark 15 years of this superhero classic, with a short video where Krrish can be seen spinning off his legendary mask while in the air.
“The past is done. Let’s see what the future brings. #15YearsOfKrrish #Krrish4,” he shared in the caption, dropping the hint that Krrish 4 is going to roll about very soon.

Krrish has transformed from an Indian superhero to a global phenomenon, winning the hearts of millions with the star’s impeccable performance and storylines that keeps the viewers on the edge of their seats. As the film celebrates 15 years, we are reminded of how Hrithik Roshan’s larger-than-life character is a manifestation of the superhero in all of us. It’s no surprise then that no Indian superhero character is as loved as Krrish, who kept evolving through the years and reflected the essence of every generation.
Announced way back in 2017, this latest update on the franchise from the actor himself is surely keeping all the fans on their toes. Earlier, the actor had mentioned, they are planning to take the 4th installment to a whole new level. After all, we expect nothing less from the best superhero franchise in India.
