In a candid conversation with Times of India, Sonam shared, “Becoming a mother was a journey I wanted to fully embrace, giving myself the time to watch my son grow and experience every moment. Being a mom has been incredibly fulfilling, and one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.”
Sonam’s journey into motherhood has been deeply fulfilling, but her passion for acting remains unwavering. She revealed that her post-pregnancy projects will focus on stories with strong female leads, adding, “I have always tried to pick projects with the girl at the heart of the story, and that vision hasn’t changed. I want to do projects where the role of the woman is layered and not unidimensional.” Her first film post-motherhood is slated to release in the last quarter of 2025.
