The reunion is all fun until the name ‘Mafia’ is taken. Imagine becoming your best night under the stars in the jungle with food, bonfire which turns into a bonfire of bodies! Scary right? However there’s a twist to the story. There are two outsiders that intrude the party and a little girl in the woods who is only visible to one person. Is she the Mafia? This game of life has no lifelines and only one rule of running. You stop, you die. This psychological thriller is sure to keep your hearts racing. Namit Das who is essaying the role of Nitin shares why he was hesitant to say yes for the show.
The actor says, “This is one of the darkest stories that I have been a part of and to be very honest, I was a bit hesitant before choosing this project. I asked Rohan, do these kinds of people really exist? He said they do and many other kinds and we need to talk about them. I believe each character in the show is pretty intense.”
Social media has pretty much shown how they’re excited for this original show to release. The show is one of the few ones you should really root for. The show stars Namit Das as Nitin, Tanmay Dhanania as Rishi, Isha M Saha as Ananya, and Anindita Bose as Neha. The show is going to be released in Bengali and Hindi. This is going to be one of the most adventurous shows as the incidents will force the friends to come face to face with their past and much more. ‘Mafia’ will release exclusively on ZEE5 on 10th July 2020.
