Actor Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide at his Bandra home in Mumbai. He was 34, representative of the actor and Mumbai Police have confirmed that his body was found hanging.
Shocking at his death news, Anurag Kashyap tweeted, “Wtf….this is not true.”
Akshay Kumar tweeted, “Honestly this news has left me shocked and speechless…I remember watching #SushantSinghRajput in Chhichhore and telling my friend Sajid, its producer how much I’d enjoyed the film and wish I’d been a part of it. Such a talented actor…may God give strength to his family.
Sushant made his debut in Bollywood with Kai Po Che in 2014 which made him famous in bollywood overnight. After Kai Po Che, Sushant worked for Shuddh Desi Romance opposite with Parineeti Chopra. He also starred in several films such as Kedarnath and MS Dhoni: The Untold Journey, PK, Chhichhore. He made his acting debut with Zee TV serial Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil.
