Mother’s Day 2026: Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Ajay Devgn and others share heartfelt tributes

Mother’s Day is being celebrated across the world today, with people expressing gratitude and love for the women who have shaped their lives with care, sacrifice and unconditional support. Bollywood celebrities too marked the special occasion by sharing emotional tributes, cherished memories and light-hearted moments dedicated to their mothers on social media.

Actor Kareena Kapoor Khan celebrated the day with a blend of humour and emotion on Instagram Stories. The actress first reposted a video in which a woman spoke about how sons eventually become some of the most important people in a mother’s life. Sharing the clip, Kareena simply wrote, “Happy Mother’s Day.”

She later added a humorous touch to the celebrations by reposting another funny video featuring a woman delivering a Mother’s Day speech where she hilariously thanked herself. Kareena captioned the clip, “Come on all mommies, this one’s for us.” Kareena is mother to two sons, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan.

Meanwhile, Ajay Devgn also shared a heartwarming family moment on social media. The actor posted a family photograph featuring wife Kajol, veteran actor Tanuja and his mother. Alongside the picture, Ajay wrote, “Always grateful to have these three forces of nature in my life. #HappyMothersDay.”

Global star Priyanka Chopra marked the occasion by sharing a special video with her mother, Madhu Chopra, from the Gold Gala event, where the actress was honoured with the Global Vanguard Award.

Young actor Khushi Kapoor chose a nostalgic route for the day. She reposted a collage created by one of her fan pages, which featured rare and unseen moments with her late mother, legendary actor Sridevi.

Actor Abhay Verma also shared an adorable picture with his mother. Posting the heartfelt moment online, the King and Munjya actor wrote, “Jannat.. Aaj ka aur agle saare din aapke.. mai bhi.”
