Smriti Mandhana Confirms Wedding with Palash Muchhal Called Off

Indian cricket star Smriti Mandhana has officially announced that her wedding to music composer Palash Muchhal will no longer take place. After weeks of social media speculation, the star took to Instagram to set the record straight, requesting fans and media to respect both families’ privacy.

“Over the past few weeks, there has been plenty of speculation around my life… I need to clarify that the wedding is called off,” Mandhana wrote. She added, “Please respect the privacy of both families and allow us to move on at our own pace.”

Despite being a private person, Mandhana said speaking out was necessary to end the rumors. She also made it clear that her focus remains firmly on cricket. “Representing my country at the highest level has always been my purpose. I hope to continue to play and win trophies for India,” she said.
