The world of Indian horror cinema is about to witness an electrifying addition as Sanjay Dutt, Mouni Roy, and Palak Tiwari come together for Sidhaant Sachdev’s upcoming film, The Bhootnii. The first teaser, released on Wednesday, offers an intriguing look into the film’s eerie yet captivating premise. The 1-minute-11-second clip delves into the concept of the immortality of the soul and the undying nature of love. As per reports, Mouni Roy takes on the titular role, while Palak Tiwari and Sunny Singh portray a young couple at the heart of the story. The plot revolves around Sunny’s character, who, devastated by the loss of his beloved, seeks divine intervention to reunite with her. The teaser concludes with a striking visual of Sanjay Dutt, armed with a sword, battling sinister forces to safeguard the community.

Sanjay Dutt’s Take on Horror Meets Action
Announcing the teaser’s release on Instagram, Sanjay Dutt teased fans with an exciting caption: “This Good Friday, fear gets a new date—#FridayThe18th. Get ready for horror, action, and comedy like never before. The Bhootnii machayegi taandav in cinemas on April 18th.”
Dutt, who was last seen in Puri Jagannadh’s Double iSmart, has a packed schedule ahead. He is gearing up for his role in KD – The Devil. Additionally, he will be seen in Harsha’s action-packed Baaghi 4, sharing screen space with Tiger Shroff, Sonam Bajwa, and Harnaaz Sandhu.
Mouni Roy, who was last seen in Blackout, has a string of exciting projects lined up, including Salakaar and The Virgin Tree. Meanwhile, Palak Tiwari continues to carve her niche in the industry. After making her debut with Rosie: The Saffron Chapter in 2022, she gained further recognition with her role in Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.
