Mandira Bedi’s Husband Raj Kaushal Passes Away Due To Cardiac Arrest

Actor and presenter Mandira Bedi’s husband Raj Kaushal breathed his last this morning as he succumbed to a heart attack. The news of his sudden demise has been confirmed by one of their close friends. According to the confirmed news, early morning around 4:30 am, Raj Kaushal suffered a massive cardiac arrest.

Ashish Chaudhary was one of the first to arrive Raj Kaushal and Mandira Bedi’s residence after the shocking news was announced.

Raj Kaushal’s unfortunate, inopportune ill-timed demise has stunned and shocked the entire film industry and his fans. Filmmaker Onir affectionately recalled Raj Kaushal and shared a post on his social media handle, “Gone too soon. We lost Filmmaker and Producer @rajkaushal1 this morning. Very Sad. He was one of the producers of my first film #MyBrotherNikhil. One of those few who believed in our vision and supported us. Prayers for his soul.”

 

Raj Kaushal was born on July 24, 1969. He started his career as a copywriter. Then he gradually went on to produce, direct and write movies. Anthony Kaun Hai, Shaadi Ka Laddoo, and Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi were directed by him. He started assisting directors like Mukul Anand, including Subhash Ghai’s Trimurti. The movies he produced include My Brother Nikhil, Shaadi Ka Laddoo, and Pyaar Mein Diya Kabhi. He also was a stunt director for the 1999 released movie Bekhudi.

He also runs an advertising production company which he started back in 1998  and went on directing many commercials.

Popular actress and TV presenter Mandira Bedi and Raj Kaushal tied the knot in 1999. The couple started dating each other in the late 1990s and years later they officially named their relationship. For fans and family, they always remained a perfect and fit couple of b-town. The couple welcomed their first child, Vir in 2011.
