John Abraham and Milap Zaveri began working on Satyameva Jayate 2 on Tuesday. All shooting had been halted due to the novel coronavirus pandemic. After the Maharashtra Government gave a green signal to resume films and television shoots adhering to the guidelines issued by the government. Satyameva Jayate 2 is the first movie which goes on the floors post lockdown. Announcing the good news Director Milap Zaveri shared two pictures of himself and John on Tuesday in his Instagram handle and wrote, “Reunited with my Hulk, my Hero, my Ram, my John Abraham after 3 months! Satyameva Jayate 2 on the way!”
The film is a sequel to the 2018 film Satyameva Jayate, which will be slated to release this year. Earlier John has shared the first look of this film and wrote, “The truth prevails again. Returning next Gandhi Jayanti, October 2, 2020 – Satyameva Jayate 2.” The filmmakers will start the shooting only after John completed his Sanjay Gupta’s Mumbai Saga. In Satyameva Jayate 2 John starring opposite Divya Khosla Kumar. The movie was Co-produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani and Nikkhil Advani.
