Game of Thrones prequel House Of The Dragon Set To Premiere On Disney+ Hotstar

The trailer of the much anticipated ‘Game of Thrones’ prequel ‘House of the dragon’ has dropped now. Two minutes 33 second trailer gives us more Targaryens and dragons and House Targaryen’s unstable and turbulent story under King Viserys I’s rule is portrayed in this series which is set 200 years before the events of ‘Game of Thrones.’ Based on George R. R. Martin’s book Fire and Blood, the series depicts a fantasy tale of the past. House of the Dragon will stream exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar from August 22.

The entire series revolves around the Targaryen civil war which known as the ‘Dance of the Dragons’, flared up between siblings Aegon II and Rhaenyra after their father’s death. The war of words sets House Targaryen’s most energetic, dynamic and powerful dragons against another houses in Westeros. And of course, the Iron Throne is the one main key element that seems to be on the minds of all the warriors.

The 10-episode series cast Emma D’Arcy as Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, Matt Smith as Prince Daemon Targaryen, Rhys Ifans as Otto Hightower and Olivia Cooke as Alicent Hightower, Steve Toussaint will be playing ‘The Sea Snake,’ Lord Corlys Velaryon, and Paddy Considine will play the powerful King Viserys I.
