Hilton Bengaluru Hosts ‘Namma Naati Oota’ Pop-Up Celebrating Old Bangalore Cuisine at Neer

In a city where modern gastronomy constantly evolves, Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park turns the spotlight toward its roots with Namma Naati Oota — a thoughtfully curated pop-up celebrating the bold, rustic flavours of Old Bangalore.

From 24th to 26th February, guests are invited to experience an immersive six-course sit-down dinner at Neer, the hotel’s elegant poolside venue. Conceptualised and curated by Chef Kalyan Gopalakrishna, Founder of Karnivore Kitchen, the showcase pays homage to Bengaluru’s historic pete communities and the robust Naati cuisine shaped by Andhra, Tamil Nadu, and Maratha settlers.

Chef Kalyan reinterprets heritage recipes with refined culinary techniques while preserving their authenticity and soul. The menu brings forward the unmistakable depth of Old Bangalore’s spice-forward cooking, featuring highlights such as, Slow-cooked mutton fry, Heritage-style Naati Koli preparations, Bannur lamb specialties, Robust spice-based gravies, Traditional desserts like Halobbattu.

Enhancing the experience further, the dinner will feature thoughtfully paired whiskies alongside Naati-inspired mocktails, creating a harmonious balance between tradition and contemporary indulgence.

More than a meal, Namma Naati Oota promises an evocative journey into Bengaluru’s culinary past — served in an intimate setting that blends heritage storytelling with modern elegance.
