After mesmerizing viewers with short films like- Chutney, Churri, Shame, Ahalya etc, Royal Stag Barrel Select Large Short Films is set to release another powerful film- Devi, produced by Electric Apples Entertainment led by Niranjan Iyer and Ryan Stephen. Written & directed by Priyanka Banerjee, Devi marks the digital debut of superstars Kajol and Shruti. The film also features powerhouse performances from Neha Dhupia, Neena Kulkarni, Mukta Barve, Sandhya Mhatre, Rama Joshi, Shivani Raghuvanshi and Yashaswini Dayama.

Devi narrates the tale of nine oppressed women, from different strata’s of society, living in a small room, faced with the dilemma of sharing their space and stories in a country all too used to tragedy and pain. The trailer of the film will release on Royal Stag Barrel Select Large Short Films platform on 23rd February.
