As the harvest season unfolds, Chef Sajid Patel and his culinary team have crafted an exclusive menu that pays homage to freshly harvested ingredients and mindful cooking practices. The menu highlights signature festive delicacies such as Ellu Bella, a quintessential Sankranti preparation made with sesame seeds, jaggery, coconut, peanuts, and fried gram—each ingredient symbolising prosperity and harmony. Guests can also indulge in an array of Avarekai (hyacinth bean) specialties, including comforting curries and crisp dosas that celebrate Karnataka’s beloved winter produce.
