National Doctors Day: Big B To Kiccha Sudeepa Salutes Doctors For Their Service On Social Media

India marked the occasion of “National Doctors Day” today to celebrate the immense contribution of doctors. Meanwhile, the pandemic has added more emphasis on this prestigious day.

The way doctors handled the worsen condition and continue to do so amidst pandemics is commendable. Every Indian citizen is extremely thankful to doctors from the very bottom of their hearts and so do Bollywood celebrities.

From time to time we have witnessed these superstars expressing their gratitude and appreciation for the doctors. From Virat Kohli to Akshay Kumar, never missed a chance to salute our “Corona warriors”.

They came up with videos, photos, and songs dedicating their huge respect and admiration for our front-line warriors.

Without wasting much time, once again these celebrities extended their warm regards to doctors. Celebrities took to their respective social media platforms to express their gratitude.

Superstar Amitabh Bachchan took to his Twitter and tweets, “T 3953 – On International Doctors Day .. salutations and great pride for the Doctors of India, IMA who have fought and continue the fight against this dreaded virus, selflessly at great personal risk .. in the service of the country and humanity.” He also shared a picture of him with the tweet paying regards to doctors.


The next overwhelming tweet comes from south superstar Kiccha Sudeepa. Thanking doctors for their immense contribution in the fight against deadly virus he tweets, “Heartfelt thanks to all the Doctors across the world for having risked your lives into serving us, for having worked 24/7 to safeguard our families, while your own were praying for your return. Many thanks and prayers for your safety and health. Happy Doctors Day.”


Actress Bhumi Pedneker marked the contribution of doctors in this fight against virus and shared a video thanking them on her Instagram account. She captions the video with, “A big salute to all our doctors.”

Madhuri Dixit Nene took to her Twitter and quotes, “Wishing the real-life superheroes, our dear doctors a very #HappyDoctorsDay. Huge respect & gratitude to them for helping us all during these dire times & saving lives every single day. Dil Se thank you.”


Another south superhero Mahesh Babu shared a collage made up of doctors’ images marking Doctors Day. “Saviours of life.. The greatest heroes of all time! Taking to Twitter, actor Ajay Devgn shares a beautiful video expressing his gratitude for doctors. “Doctors & Mothers are the two most important people in life, after the Almighty🙏 Today, my thoughts & prayers are with the medical fraternity, who’ve served us selflessly through this pandemic. And, even otherwise. #NationalDoctorsDay” he tweets.


Ayushmann Khurrana, Shilpa Shetty, Kajol are among the other Bollywood celebrities who penned their heartfelt note expressing their warmth love, and appreciation for doctors and their valuable role in the fight against the deadly virus Corona.
