Carpe Diem presents fundraiser concert  “Aaro Ekbar Fossils” on 1st September 2019 at Nazrul Manch. The raised funds will be in aid of the underprivileged kids of Girijyoti Vidyalaya for building their school and that’s the reason Fossils considers it as the “Maha Concert”.

Carpe Diem is a new Art Entrepreneurship started out of passion and creative pursuits by Somnath Dasgupta and Samarpita Chanda, trying to organize events which are unique with a social commitment. They always believed that Performing Arts is just not for sheer entertainment but also plays a pivotal role in Community Development. ‘Aaro Ekbar Fossils’ is one of such initiatives of  Carpe Diem which have been dreamt of with a fiery passion! This concert has the purpose of ‘Community Development through Performing Arts’ and aims at raising funds and support Girijyoti Vidyalaya in Siliguri – a school for the underprivileged children who do not have a school building to study.
